Chattanooga
Today we head up through the "Grand Canyon of the Tennessee" on our way to Chat.
We've anchored a couple of different places....Jones creek, rafted up with two other Looper Boats, SeaSea and Just Us, golden loopers. It was our first time rafting and great fun tied up for two nights. Climbed up to the pinnacle rocks nearby for an awesome vies
Then we headed up past Nickijack Dam to a fine anchorage by Little Cedar Mountain for a couple of nights....another nice anchorage. Had thunderstorms all around us and rain the first night, then a nice cool night the second. Saw deer, turkey and a nice owl in the nearby rock face.
Vaughn is doing better every day after running over herself with the pickup!
Time to pull anchor and move on upriver! Pics later!

The Twins on TWINS
Ben and Mia had their first visit to TWINS since they were born in 2007....lot's to play with on the boat!
Family Gathering for July 4th
We parked the Land Yacht at the Goosepond Campground
for a couple of weeks and used it as our base for the family gathering.

Ben and Mia enjoyed the heat in their new pool.
All in all a fun gathering until Vaughn was run over by a truck!
She was also the driver! and was awarded with a Code 3 trip to Huntsville Hospital
.....never a dull moment!
